  • Each department/unit/section has a liberty to convey/communicate any upgradation, renovation requirements to the management. Management reciprocates in positive manner. Then in review meetings points of requirements will be considered and discussed.


  • Hospital has a policy to consider the opinions of department/ unit heads while formulating the policies for variety of department’s / units.


  • After the formulation of policies and procedures same is convey to respective staff members through planned meetings and training programme with some sort of training manuals.


  • Continuous upgradation and updations is the key to cater better health services to the society.
